In late November, our Facilities Team oversaw a crucial maintenance project: the long-awaited replacement of a 170-ton unit known as Chiller 1 at the Main Library. Thanks to Hayes Mechanical, it was a success! The Main Library requires two rooftop chillers to control the building’s temperature and humidity.
